Brooke's story is raw and harrowing. A week after childbirth, she collapsed - a sign of a dire medical crisis. After birthing her third child, Logan, via caesarean, she'd been wrestling with escalating pain until an audible terrifying 'pop'.
When Brooke's stitches ruptured, she faced a race against time, 110 kilometers from Perth, in her hometown Waroona. Despite her growing fear, she comforted her older kids, Tyler and Tatum, as a desperate 000 call was made. In minutes, a St John ambulance arrived with volunteer officer Jenny.
